Location: Hybrid, must be based in Portugal (2 times a week in Lisbon office) and hold Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve service reliability and scalability.
• Bridge technology, process, and governance within IT Production and Application Support environments.
• Apply ITIL v4, SRE, DevOps, and FinOps frameworks to achieve operational excellence and service stability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager.
• Solid understanding of IT Production and Application Support environments.
• Practical knowledge of Dynatrace, ServiceNow, Ansible, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• English: B2/C1 and French: B2/C1 proficiency required.
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid work permit or EU citizenship.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as ITIL v4, PMP, PRINCE2, SRE Foundation, or FinOps Certified Practitioner.
