What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Kotlin.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user-centric banking experiences.
• Architect robust, maintainable solutions aligned with long-term product goals.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex performance and product issues.
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and development workflows.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in Android.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and modern Android architecture patterns like MVVM.
• Proven experience building and shipping scalable, high-quality Android applications.
• Solid experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and testing practices.
