What you will do

• Provide professional technical and specialist support to existing customers and partners.
• Manage the technical integration of terminal hardware into the software environment.
• Analyze requirements and handle independent project and schedule planning for diverse clients, from SMEs to DAX companies.
• Act as the primary technical interface between end-users and the development team.
• Research, document, and test solutions for complex software and IT system problems.

Requirements

• Fluent German and very good English skills are mandatory.
• Must be based in or relocate to Timisoara or Sibiu, Romania.
• 3-5 years of professional experience working with Microsoft Windows environments.
• Technical or scientific degree and experience in computer networking.
• Proven experience in direct customer-facing advisory or consulting roles.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to research complex IT systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
