Salary: $198,400 – $297,600 USD

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and teams to exceed performance expectations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive innovation through New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology roadmaps.
- Oversee the investigation and evaluation of new processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure high manufacturing performance standards for new product launches, including safety, quality, and cycle time.
- Manage capital expenditure requests and navigate resource allocation across projects.
- Interface with senior management to report progress and align on strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field required.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Demonstrated ability to lead in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Strong understanding of quality systems and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES or SAP.
Nice to have
- Green Belt, Black Belt, or PMP certification.
- Design for Reliability and Manufacturability Certification.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing with automation and joining expertise.
- Proven track record managing large, complex transformation initiatives.
