Salary: $198,400 – $297,600 USD

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering leaders and teams to exceed performance expectations.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive innovation through New Product Introduction (NPI) and technology roadmaps.
• Oversee the investigation and evaluation of new processes and technologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure high manufacturing performance standards for new product launches, including safety, quality, and cycle time.
• Manage capital expenditure requests and navigate resource allocation across projects.
• Interface with senior management to report progress and align on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a technical field required.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and qualification protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Experience with manufacturing systems such as MES or SAP.

Nice to have

• Green Belt, Black Belt, or PMP certification.
• Design for Reliability and Manufacturability Certification.
• Experience in medical device manufacturing with automation and joining expertise.
• Proven track record managing large, complex transformation initiatives.
