Social Commerce Intern (TikTok Shop)

Location: Remote from New York City or hybrid from San Jose, USA

Compensation: $27.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support daily operations and campaign execution for TikTok Shop US.
• Monitor and report on social commerce and sales performance.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data to generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person events, including influencer showcases and product launches.
• Communicate with external agencies, track timelines, and monitor deliverables.
• Maintain affiliate records and monitor performance metrics.

Requirements

• Be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and entering the junior year.
• Familiarity with TikTok, TikTok Shop, and major social commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute.
