What you will do

• Own end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation in BambooHR.
• Design, launch, and analyze employee engagement surveys to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration while ensuring accuracy across all systems.
• Partner with the VP People on sensitive employee matters with high discretion and professional judgment.
• Identify and execute process improvements to streamline HR workflows.
• Leverage AI tools to automate documentation and reporting tasks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR Operations or People Ops, preferably in a tech or startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS platforms.
• Strong data orientation with the ability to build reports and derive insights from people data.
• High proficiency in English and Hebrew (written and verbal) is required.
• Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process optimization and AI-driven efficiency.
