is a consumer cybersecurity company building protection against scams and cyberattacks, including AI-enabled threats.
What you will do
- Own the employee lifecycle from onboarding and employment documentation through status changes, offboarding, and exit surveys.
- Maintain BambooHR as the trusted source for employee records, organizational charts, files, policies, and templates.
- Design, launch, and analyze engagement, pulse, and eNPS surveys, then build reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Administer compensation and benefits processes, coordinating payroll changes with Finance, Legal, and external vendors.
- Support performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and organizational changes.
- Automate repetitive People workflows with AI tools and handle confidential employee matters with the VP People.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS platform such as BambooHR.
- Strong data orientation, including survey analysis, reporting, and turning people data into insights.
- Excellent organization, ownership, follow-through, discretion, emotional intelligence, and professional judgment.
- High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal.
- Regular use of AI tools in day-to-day work.

- Specific experience with BambooHR.
- Experience in a technology or startup environment.
