hirify.global runs the Sustainable Solutions Group to shift lending and client transactions toward sustainability.

What you will do

• Conduct company research focused on sustainability strategy and performance.
• Create high-quality slide decks for client presentations.
• Assess external green/social/sustainable/transition criteria, including ESG ratings and EU regulatory developments, and apply them to ING’s clients.
• Maintain data quality by populating databases and tracking market developments.
• Work on bank lending products within Wholesale Banking.

Requirements

• Master student or recent master graduate with a relevant study direction.
• Must be enrolled at a Dutch university during the internship (or an EU-university for EU passport holders) due to visa restrictions.
• High proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Customer-oriented, result-driven, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to handle large amounts of information in an organized and structured way.
• Strong affinity with sustainability and motivation to make a positive impact.
