What you will do

• Take full ownership and independent management of SEO projects.
• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies including content, technical optimization, and UX improvements.
• Drive steady growth in traffic, rankings, and business metrics such as registrations and FTD.
• Collaborate with developers, link builders, content managers, and designers to implement optimizations.
• Manage project budgets and prepare pre-sale SEO audits for potential clients.
• Mentor mid-level specialists and automate routine tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in SEO with proven successful cases.
• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience in the iGaming niche.
• English: B1 or higher required.
• Native proficiency in Ukrainian and Russian.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, SERM, and Parasite SEO.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for SEO-focused code analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI agents such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
