Location: Hybrid; physical presence in the Brussels office is required

What you will do
- Manage hardware procurement, setup, and lifecycle for office IT equipment and video conferencing solutions.
- Implement and maintain asset management tools and a comprehensive equipment inventory per user/team.
- Own endpoint security including antivirus solutions and device encryption (BitLocker/FileVault).
- Manage Identity & Access Management (IAM), map software usage, and roll out 2FA in partnership with the Security team.
- Administer Google Workspace and optimize email encryption and security features.
- Troubleshoot daily IT issues and support ongoing ISO 27001 certification efforts.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar IT support or engineering role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of IAM, antivirus solutions, PC/Mac support, and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration.
- Excellent command of English.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Brussels office.
