HR Business Partner (Automotive): Supporting leaders with employee strategy and HR management for assigned business areas with an accent on talent management, learning and development, and organizational change. Focus on coordinating HR topics during crisis situations, managing escalations, and organizing personnel planning, cost, and KPI information.

What you will do
- Support leaders in designing employee strategies for their areas of responsibility.
- Act as an HR Business Partner for assigned business areas.
- Coordinate HR topics during economic, social, and other crisis situations.
- Serve as an interface during escalations.
- Organize information for ASI, personnel planning, FTE and personnel costs.
- Prepare and coordinate KPI-related HR information.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of HR industry practices.
- Experience or knowledge in talent management.
- Knowledge of learning and development.
- Knowledge of organizational change and culture management.
