What you will do

• Own capture plans, gate and milestone reviews, and win-theme development using Shipley-informed methodology.
• Shape customer requirements and engagement strategies ahead of formal procurement processes.
• Develop and iterate win strategies and competitive positioning in coordination with HQ.
• Build price-to-win models grounded in competitive and customer intelligence.
• Manage teaming strategies and local industrial partner relationships within export-control rules.
• Oversee agent and intermediary relationships under a strict anti-corruption framework.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years in defense business development or capture with a track record of won pursuits.
• Deep, active network within the regional defense ecosystem and relevant offices.
• Proven experience managing local intermediaries under formal compliance frameworks.
• Strong working knowledge of regional defense procurement and decision-making dynamics.
• French and Arabic: Essential
• English: Working proficiency required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with counter-UAS, UAS, ISR, or C2 systems.
• Relevant military or Government Authority background for improved credibility and access.
