What you will do

• Process daily accounts payable and receivable activities, including booking invoices and managing vendor master data.
• Collaborate with sales teams to review balances and resolve outstanding issues promptly.
• Oversee and coordinate month-end, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
• Support internal and external financial audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
• Perform detailed data analysis and prepare financial reports.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the purchase and invoicing process.
• Experience with Finance ERP solutions, preferably MS AX.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and VBA.
• English: C1 (Excellent written and spoken) required.
• Location: Must be based in Athens, Greece.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in another European language.
