What you will do

• Track and optimize the user journey and equipment usage to maximize hardware adoption.
• Map and engage global quantum research communities to drive scientific publications.
• Organize trainings, workshops, and educational programs in collaboration with internal experts.
• Align technology roadmaps with global research trends to support future scientific breakthroughs.
• Synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for product and sales teams.
• Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in quantum computing, physics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or educational initiatives.
• Proficiency in software development, ideally using Python.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability and willingness to travel across France and Europe.
• Analytical mindset with a track record of taking initiative and solving complex problems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of quantum error correction or bosonic qubits.
• First-hand experience building research collaborations or grant applications.
