What you will do

• Design, develop, and evaluate ML and statistical models focusing on NLP and recommender systems.
• Build and experiment with LLM-powered systems, including agentic workflows and RAG.
• Perform data exploration, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality modeling inputs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production environments.
• Monitor model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and robustness.
• Supervise Master's and Ph.D. students and represent the company at scientific conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2-5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Python, Machine Learning, and LLMs.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.
• Intermediate proficiency in FastAPI, Celery, and Keycloak.
• Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.

Nice to have

• PhD in Computer Science or a related field.
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring junior engineers or interns.
