What you will do
- Translate DTA legislation and regulatory expectations into actionable business and functional requirements.
- Lead impact assessments across operating models, processes, data, and customer outcomes.
- Design future state processes, policies, and controls while maintaining end-to-end traceability from obligations to outcomes.
- Partner with Technology and delivery teams to support system and process changes.
- Lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
- Ensure high-quality, audit-ready documentation for regulatory engagement and assurance reviews.
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience, including senior-level roles.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory change, ideally in banking or financial services.
- Strong experience working with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams in complex stakeholder environments.
- Expertise in one or more areas: outsourcing, operational resilience, crisis management, OBR, or CPS 230 frameworks.
- Advanced skills in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and business architecture.
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
