What you will do

• Lead techno-functional solutioning for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules (BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning).
• Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance.
• Perform requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications.
• Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives while mentoring junior team members.

Requirements

• 15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing environments is a must.
• Strong techno-functional expertise with a deep understanding of EBS architecture.
• Proven experience in integrations with external systems such as MES, PLM, and third-party applications.
• Experience in global or multi-org implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
