What you will do

• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and curate multi-format content (images, video, text) ensuring consistency in brand voice and style.
• Manage data tracking systems and analyze key performance metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Design and implement growth hacking and user acquisition strategies to expand the user base.
• Collaborate with token listings and customer service departments to manage brand reputation and coordinate actions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a team lead.
• Experience in social media management or marketing, preferably within technology or financial services.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.
