What you will do

• Monitor and maintain order in Telegram and Discord communities, providing basic support and sharing announcements.
• Plan and execute interactive campaigns, including weekly topics, Q&A sessions, and AMAs.
• Track community activity, growth trends, and engagement levels to provide actionable operational improvements.
• Handle crisis situations, resolve user disputes, and manage basic technical support requests.
• Optimize platform settings, including bot configurations and channel organization.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of community platforms, particularly Telegram and Discord.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic data analysis skills to monitor user activity.
• Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.
