What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end user lifecycle, managing onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation processes.
• Drive user data tracking and segmentation to extract actionable lifecycle insights.
• Design and execute retention initiatives, including targeted campaigns, incentives, and rewards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to improve user journeys and operational efficiency.
• Define and optimize key performance metrics related to activation, retention, and conversion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in user operations, growth, or lifecycle roles, preferably within fintech or crypto.
• Deep understanding of user lifecycle management, including engagement and retention strategies.
• Proven experience with CRM tools and executing lifecycle campaigns based on user segmentation.
• Data-driven approach with proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with an execution-focused mindset.
• Location: Must be based in Taipei (On-site)
