What you will do

• Lead and manage marketing operations, events, social media, and community teams.
• Act as the primary operational engine, enforcing high accountability and strict adherence to project deadlines.
• Translate marketing strategies into actionable operational workflows and optimize resource allocation.
• Oversee the end-to-end planning and quality control of campaigns and community growth initiatives.
• Define and monitor KPIs across all managed functions to ensure alignment with business growth.
• Collaborate with the SVP of Marketing to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in general marketing management, operations, or growth roles within tech, e-commerce, or fintech.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is strictly required.
• Deep understanding of core marketing principles and operational frameworks.
• Proven track record of managing and scaling cross-functional teams with direct people-management responsibility.
• Ultra-strong execution-focused mindset and ability to make firm decisions under intense pressure.
• Must be based in Taipei for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Professional experience within the crypto/Web3 industry.
• Experience working in a hyper-growth global matrix organization.
• Familiarity with marketing tech stacks and project management tools like Asana or Jira.
