What you will do

• Deploy and maintain VDI, MDM, and UEM tools for macOS and Windows environments.
• Oversee audio-visual systems and video conferencing platforms.
• Manage core IT services including Microsoft 365, VPN, and antivirus protection.
• Optimize IT asset utilization and improve operational procedures and efficiency.
• Provide technical training and support to end users.
• Manage global hardware/software vendors and negotiate regional SLAs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT support/EUC teams.
• Experience scaling IT operations for companies growing from 200 to 500+ employees.
• Expertise in MDM/UEM tools (Intune, Jamf, Kandji) and identity management (Okta).
• Knowledge of security standards (SOC2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and high-stakes asset protection.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must be based in Taipei (On-site).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications such as ITIL v4, CompTIA A+/Network+, or Jamf Certified Admin.
• Ability to use AI, Zapier, or Python for process automation.
