What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to ensure requirements are well-structured and traceable.
• Manage and optimize web-based products and CMS platforms, specifically WordPress.
• Define and track product KPIs to monitor performance and success.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through the use of automation and AI tools.

Requirements

• Experience in product analysis, business analysis, or similar roles.
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Deep understanding of user flows, content structures, and web-based products.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in Prague, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools to support analysis or documentation.
• Exposure to product metrics and KPI tracking.
• Previous experience working in pharma or other regulated environments.
