What you will do

• Engineer, implement, and monitor security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and sensitive information.
• Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cybersecurity designs.
• Partner with engineering teams on internal and customer-facing security and privacy initiatives.
• Analyze security posture and conduct tests to identify gaps and potential vulnerabilities.
• Write comprehensive reports on assessment findings and propose system security enhancements.
• Manage incident responses and report actual or suspected security and policy violations.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a System Security Engineer or Information Security Engineer.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, and log management.
• Strong experience with network security and system/network monitoring tools.
• Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
