What you will do

• Own technical implementations for CRO, including landing page experiments, signup funnels, and lead routing.
• Develop and maintain the A/B testing framework, feature flags, and targeting logic for funnel optimization.
• Architect GTM infrastructure and integrations connecting the website, CRM, analytics, and ad platforms.
• Build APIs, webhooks, and automations to ensure clean data movement across the marketing stack.
• Implement dynamic content and personalized user experiences using JavaScript.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of experience in growth engineering or web development with a CRO focus.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and SQL.
• Direct experience shipping A/B tests and owning experimentation frameworks.
• Expertise in building API and webhook integrations within a modern GTM stack.
• Familiarity with tracking implementations such as GA4, Segment, RudderStack, or server-side GTM.
• Must be based in New York City or open to relocation.

Nice to have

• Experience with React.
• Background in Fintech, wealth management, or other regulated industries.
• Experience with GraphQL.
• Strong understanding of marketing measurement and growth concepts.
