Senior CRM Specialist (iGaming): Managing and optimizing multi-channel CRM campaigns and automated communication flows across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups with an accent on deliverability, segmentation, and performance analytics. Focus on running A/B tests, improving trigger-based journeys, maintaining email reputation, and using behavioral data to optimize user experience and key metrics.
Location: Remote or onsite in Warsaw, Limassol, Kyiv, Almaty, or Yerevan

What you will do
- Manage CRM communications across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups.
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize CRM and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain automated and trigger-based communication flows.
- Segment users by behavior, activity, and lifecycle stage.
- Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests, and recommend improvements based on data.
- Monitor email deliverability, domain reputation, spam indicators, and dynamic email content.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io and ESP/CDP tools such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, or Klaviyo.
- Experience with email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, and pop-ups.
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and experience editing HTML email templates.
- Understanding of CRM metrics, email deliverability, sender reputation, domain/IP warm-up, and anti-spam practices.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and present CRM performance reports to stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in betting, gambling, or other high-load digital projects.
- Experience working with large user databases.
