• Design and evolve LLM architectures, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and memory frameworks.
• Build and optimize semantic and hybrid search solutions using embeddings and pgvector.
• Develop pipelines for processing and structuring Game Design Documents.
• Create prompt engineering strategies, evaluation frameworks, and AI guardrails.
• Design and maintain fault-tolerant, production-grade AI services.
• Lead technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews while mentoring the team.

Требования

• Must be based in Ukraine, Poland, or Georgia
• 3+ years of commercial software development experience
• Strong Python expertise with FastAPI and async programming
• Solid SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge
• Practical Docker experience
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian required
