What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end cloud vulnerability management lifecycle, including scanning, technical analysis, risk scoring, and remediation tracking.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize CSPM and vulnerability scanning platforms across enterprise AWS and Azure environments.
• Collaborate with cloud engineering, DevOps, and system owners to drive patching and mitigation of infrastructure and container defects.
• Translate raw vulnerability data into prioritized engineering tasks by evaluating threat intelligence and business context within a banking environment.
• Design and deliver cloud risk posture reports, remediation trends, and compliance metrics for senior leadership.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert and consultant, bridging the gap between security tooling and infrastructure teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of cybersecurity experience, with 3+ years focused strictly on cloud security and vulnerability management.
• Documented experience managing infrastructure risks within a regulated tier-1 or tier-2 financial institution.
• Prior experience in a client-facing professional services or consulting capacity.
• Hands-on experience with containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Technical proficiency in enterprise-grade scanning and CSPM tools (e.g., Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Qualys, Tenable).
• Ability to use CVSS v3/v4 frameworks and threat intelligence to calculate real-world business risk.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or CISSP.
• Ability to write scripts (Python, Bash) or use cloud-native automation to streamline triaging workflows.
• Familiarity with modern threat frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK for Cloud.
