What you will do

• Develop the HITL Reviewer Interface featuring native document image displays, confidence indicators, and optimized keyboard workflows.
• Build real-time AgentOps dashboards consuming Azure Monitor and Log Analytics data to track STP rates and latency.
• Establish secure communication between AI core services and banking apps via Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers.
• Create internal tooling, including the Use Case Manifest authoring tool and Prompt Management System UI.
• Optimize web interfaces for institutional accessibility standards and low-bandwidth branch locations.
• Maintain a unified AWA component library and design system aligned with corporate brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional full-stack software development experience focusing on enterprise web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks.
• Mastery of asynchronous data flows and state synchronization using Redux, Zustand, or React Query.
• Experience building performance-optimized dashboards with Recharts or D3.js.
• Ability to design REST APIs and BFF layers using Node.js or Python (FastAPI/Express).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and secure identity protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with React Native or native iOS/Android development.
• Experience with canvas-based drawing tools and bounding-box annotations on high-resolution scans.
• Knowledge of Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Front Door, and CDNs.
• Experience rendering live LLM token streams in conversational interfaces.
