Focus on eliminating bureaucracy, optimizing business tradeoffs, and embedding AI into operational workflows to increase organizational clarity.

Location: Hybrid (Tel Aviv, Israel)

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a centralized Product & Engineering Operations team.
  • Design and evolve the operating system for workflows, governance, planning cadences, and lifecycle standards.
  • Create the structure for portfolio planning, capacity visibility, and executive leadership tradeoff discussions.
  • Implement AI, automation, and modern tooling to reduce friction and improve operational visibility.
  • Diagnose and solve root causes of recurring friction, including unclear ownership and decision delays.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Product/Engineering Operations, Business Operations, or Operational Excellence within SaaS or R&D environments.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing operational teams.
  • Expertise in end-to-end process design, from diagnosing problems to driving adoption and iteration.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with exceptionally strong peers without direct authority.
  • Strong proficiency in using AI and automation to improve planning, communication, and execution.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Tel Aviv in a hybrid model.
