What you will do

• Research and pitch major business, finance, and market news stories daily.
• Write in-depth, analytical, and balanced news reports in Chinese.
• Deliver daily and weekly reports on-camera for the client.
• Produce news packages and feature stories as required.
• Translate all reports and packages between Chinese and English.
• Coordinate with digital and social media teams for content distribution.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in covering global economy, business, and market news.
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English (C1/C2 level).
• Proven experience in on-air reporting and writing under tight deadlines.
• In-depth knowledge of business, finance, and economic markets.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, based on business needs.

Nice to have

• Five or more years of professional business or financial news writing and reporting experience.
• Engaging on-camera personality and presentation skills.
