What you will do

• Define and execute content strategy across blogs, newsrooms, guides, and social platforms.
• Lead content and social media teams, managing internal staff and external contributors.
• Create editorial calendars balancing market commentary, educational content, and product stories.
• Drive social-first campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Monitor and optimize performance metrics based on engagement and conversion data.
• Ensure all communications comply with financial services regulations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in content leadership, editorial, or social media management.
• Proven track record of leading and developing content teams.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Advanced knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital publishing.
• Experience managing writers, freelancers, and content workflows via CMS platforms.
