What you will do

• Lead the design and development of complex features and scalable technical solutions across multiple applications.
• Provide architectural input and define the long-term technical direction for various projects.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to support their technical growth and career development.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality and maintainability.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement resilient, high-availability solutions for critical services.
• Drive the adoption of engineering best practices and improve CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6–10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven expertise in at least two major areas: full-stack JS/.NET, cloud infrastructure, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong experience in system architecture, backend services, and scalable APIs.
• Proficiency in Agile development, DevOps practices, and secure coding standards.
