What you will do

  • Create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Design static graphics, carousels, and short-form video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated customer journeys.
  • Conduct targeted vendor outreach on Instagram to grow the marketplace.
  • Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the founder to execute marketing strategies and maintain content calendars.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.
  • Proven experience managing professional social media accounts.
  • Strong skills in creating Reels and short-form video content.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and setting up automations.
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the wedding, events, or hospitality sectors.
  • Background in Pinterest marketing or influencer outreach.
  • Skills in basic graphic design and video editing.
