What you will do

• Build and lead the end-to-end security function, including physical, corporate, information, and personnel security.
• Conduct security risk assessments and develop a comprehensive company risk map.
• Design and implement security policies, procedures, and access control systems.
• Establish and oversee incident response and crisis management processes.
• Ensure the protection of critical assets, data, and confidential information.
• Build and manage the security team, including budgeting and KPI development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate or industrial security.
• Proven experience in building or transforming security functions and team management.
• Strong understanding of physical and information security principles.
• Experience in risk management, incident response, and working in regulated environments.
• Experience interacting with government or regulatory authorities.
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Location: Willingness to relocate to Kyiv if not already based there.
