What you will do

• Architect and develop applications using modern frameworks and cloud platforms.
• Define technological choices and best practices to ensure secure, maintainable code.
• Conduct code reviews and oversee CI/CD processes for high-quality payment solutions.
• Mentor team members through training and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on feature development and system improvements.
• Optimize application performance, security, and cloud cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Degree in scientific fields and 5+ years of experience in IT and the payments industry.
• Strong knowledge of the payment market, credit card schemes (VISA, Mastercard), and credit card lifecycle.
• Technical proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, Kubernetes, REST, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and GitLab CI.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1).
• Demonstrated leadership talent and problem-solving skills in international environments.

Nice to have

• Scrum experience.
• Proficiency in French, German, or Italian.
