What you will do

• Lead the development and global rollout of the Core market data platform across Market Data, Research, Pricing, and Strategies groups.
• Design and implement high-performance components for market data ingestion, normalization, and distribution.
• Develop tools and frameworks enabling quants and technical traders to deploy data-driven systematic pricing and trading strategies.
• Own the full component lifecycle: deploy, monitor, profile, and optimize code directly in production.
• Collaborate closely with quants and traders to refine requirements and iterate on platform design.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional C++ software development experience post-graduation.
• Proven experience building low-latency market data ingestion, order execution, and algorithmic trading systems.
• Deep expertise in algorithms, data structures, and parallel/multithreaded programming.
• Strong knowledge of OS internals, CPU caches, memory layout, and networking.
• Ability to write clean, reliable, and highly scalable C++ code.
