What you will do
- Adapt sensor-fusion capabilities, including track correlation, data association, and filtering, to accommodate new sensor characteristics.
- Analyze real-world sensor data to refine fusion parameters and models based on observed behavior.
- Fine-tune fusion performance to balance accuracy, latency, and robustness within specific operational contexts.
- Validate fusion behavior against representative and live data in both controlled environments and on-site.
- Provide episodic field support to tune and validate fusion behavior against live sensors during deployment.
- Integrate reusable fusion improvements back into the main product baseline to avoid customer-specific forks.
Requirements
- Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Aerospace, or Signal Processing.
- Applied background in sensor/data fusion, state estimation, and target tracking (e.g., Kalman/Bayesian filtering).
- Software engineering proficiency in Python and/or C++ for prototyping and validation.
- Strong foundation in signal-processing fundamentals and experience working with raw sensor data.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Morocco.
Nice to have
- Experience with radar and/or electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) sensor data.
- Knowledge of detection, classification, or machine learning.
- Background in real-time or embedded systems.
- Domain experience in unmanned systems or robotics/autonomy perception.
