TL;DR

What you will do

  • Act as the primary operational contact for Loterie Nationale regarding service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage service performance against contractual commitments, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • Lead regular service review meetings and governance forums with the customer.
  • Manage service-related risks, issues, and customer escalations.
  • Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective delivery of retail and online services.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Delivery, IT Operations, or Managed Services.
  • Fluent in English; French is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of IT service delivery processes and ITIL principles.
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and SLA performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, customer-critical environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience within lottery, gaming, or regulated industries.
  • ITIL Foundation or equivalent Service Management certification.
