What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver software solutions across the operator platform.
• Improve the codebase to ensure maintainability and scalability through well-considered changes.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and QA teams to deliver valuable solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Engage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor application health using logs and metrics to investigate and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Experience working within a software development team and contributing to shared codebases.
• Ability to write robust, maintainable, and testable software across frontend and backend.
• Understanding of software design principles and development best practices.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
