What you will do

• Perform regular inspections and monitoring of ESD compliance in production areas.
• Conduct periodic ESD measurements and testing, including resistance and grounding checks.
• Identify, report, and follow up on ESD non-conformities with corrective recommendations.
• Support internal, external, and customer audits related to ESD compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to QA inspectors and operators on ESD practices.
• Ensure all activities are documented in accordance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).

Requirements

• Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma (D3), preferably in Technical Electronics, Machine, or Industrial fields.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
