What you will do
- Establish a transdisciplinary framework for co-creating next-generation bio-fabricated materials.
- Experiment with and validate composite materials combining sustainability, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Organize focus groups and design reviews to optimize formulations and application awareness.
- Craft scaled models and 1:1 scale demonstrators to validate material desirability.
- Explore mass-scale feasibility and market readiness through digital and robotic manufacturing frameworks.
- Publish scientific articles and contribute to teaching activities within the faculty.
Requirements
- Doctoral dissertation or Master’s degree in Materials Engineering or Building Sciences.
- Strong interest in bio-materials and bio-fabrication.
- Experience with material processing and product design.
- English proficiency: C1 level required.
- Ability to work independently and within a transdisciplinary team.
- Strong critical thinking and scientific rigor.
