What you will do

• Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Configure ERP solutions (MS Dynamics 365, IFS) with a focus on financial processes.
• Lead ERP-related transformation and implementation initiatives.
• Manage dialogue with stakeholders across different functions and global regions.
• Ensure end-to-end process consistency across the global ERP landscape.
• Support and continuously improve the existing ERP platform.

Requirements

• Several years of experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, IFS, or similar platforms.
• Proven experience in business-facing roles, either as a consultant or internally in a large organization.
• Experience contributing to or leading large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end financial processes.
