Salary: 10 000 - 18 000 PLN gross

Risk Hub Warsaw is part of the central risk team responsible for validating IRRBB and CSRBB models for ING Group worldwide.

What you will do

• Perform high-quality model validations and document conclusions in detailed validation reports.
• Collaborate and align with model developers, senior management, auditors, and the ECB.
• Stay current with the latest developments in ALM, IRRBB, and CSRBB, including presenting at conferences.
• Develop and improve coding libraries used for the model validation process.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in model development or validation in Market Risk, ALM, or IRRBB.
• Strong knowledge of regulations associated with interest rate risk and model validation.
• Quantitative background with an MSc or PhD in Econometrics, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or Physics.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in programming languages: Python, Matlab, or R.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or CFA.
