What you will do

• Lead initiatives to improve data quality, metadata management, and governance practices.
• Define and implement data quality rules, standards, and frameworks to support AI outcomes.
• Develop semantic models, ontologies, and metadata structures for AI readiness.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to solve data challenges.
• Improve adoption of data governance tools through scalable, self-service approaches.
• Support integration and optimization of platforms like Ataccama, Collibra, and Databricks.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data roles within a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
• Hands-on experience with data governance tools such as Collibra or Ataccama.
• Understanding of modern data environments like Databricks and data architecture concepts.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong interest in AI and how data underpins advanced analytics.
• Must have legal work rights in Australia.
