• Create high-quality print designs for marketing materials, templates, and collateral.
• Prepare print-ready files ensuring correct bleed, trim, CMYK colour profiles, and resolution.
• Design modular, reusable, and user-friendly templates to ensure scalability.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate ideation, variation, and production workflows.
• Conduct pre-flight checks to ensure accuracy and consistency before production.
• Collaborate with design, product, and print stakeholders through critiques and feedback loops.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in visual design (typography, layout, colour, and composition).
• Solid understanding of print processes, pre-press workflows, and export requirements.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe/Affinity, Pantone, and ICC Profiles.
• Experience using Generative AI tools to support and scale design workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
