What you will do

• Create high-quality character and cinematic animations for player-facing features and gameplay sequences.
• Process, clean, and integrate motion capture data into Unreal Engine 5.
• Refine captured performances through animation polish and hand-keyed adjustments.
• Collaborate with game designers, programmers, and technical artists to ensure seamless implementation.
• Participate in animation reviews and contribute ideas to improve player experience.
• Support the continuous improvement of animation workflows and production pipelines.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as an Animator in the game industry.
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5 and animation systems within modern game engines.
• Strong understanding of character animation principles, including body mechanics, weight, and timing.
• Experience with motion capture pipelines, including recording, data cleanup, and retargeting.
• Proven ability to create realistic animations for humanoid characters and facial performances.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Maya, MotionBuilder, or Blender.
