What you will do

• Define and own the enterprise security architecture strategy aligned with the technology roadmap and regulatory obligations.
• Lead and manage a team of Security Architects across application, cloud, infrastructure, and data domains.
• Act as the final security design authority for major programs and platforms, providing architectural governance.
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of security-related projects from business requirements gathering to implementation.
• Establish security architecture governance processes, including design reviews and risk-based decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering, Cloud, and Data teams to embed security by design across the organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture within complex environments.
• 8+ years in senior management positions focusing on technical leadership or security program delivery.
• Formal qualification in Information Security, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• SABSA or TOGAF certification with demonstrated application.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP or CCSP are strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, SOC1/SOC2, and Zero Trust principles.

• Cloud architecture or security certifications (Azure, AWS, OCI).
• Programme or project delivery qualifications.
