What you will do

• Handle SAP IAM security tasks across the access request lifecycle: request, approval, provisioning, and removal.
• Work with access management concepts, including RBAC and role/permission fundamentals.
• Support segregation of duties (SoD) understanding and why controls matter.
• Document requirements, decisions, and evidence in a clear, audit-friendly way.
• Contribute to compliance activities such as access reviews/recertifications and critical access handling.
• Use IAM/access provisioning or ticket-handling tools (service desk or IAM tool) and track evidence/reporting in Excel/Office.

Requirements

• 1+ years of proven experience as an SAP IAM Security Specialist or in a similar role.
• Basic understanding of access management and segregation of duties (SoD) concepts.
• Familiarity with end-to-end access request processes (request, approval, provisioning, removal).
• Ability to document requirements, decisions, and evidence clearly and in an audit-friendly manner.
• Awareness of compliance topics such as access reviews/recertifications and critical access handling.
• Basic IAM/authorization knowledge (users, groups, roles, permissions) and RBAC fundamentals.
