TL;DR

Frontend Engineer (React/TypeScript): Building and optimizing user interfaces for the SYNCHRO 4D construction planning suite with an accent on stability, usability, and maintainability. Focus on designing core components, implementing automated CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with product teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure software.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania (Hybrid or Office-based)

Salary: From €3,800 gross per month

What you will do

  • Contribute to feature definition and system design with a focus on stability and security.
  • Build high-quality solutions using modern development tools and best practices.
  • Maintain existing codebases and collaborate with support teams.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure quality and coverage.
  • Follow DevOps practices and work with automated CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and product managers.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React.
  • Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, testable, and secure code.
  • Experience with JavaScript testing frameworks, data structures, and OOP.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Lithuania.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Electron applications.
  • Experience working with SQLite.
  • Familiarity with functional programming concepts.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
