What you will do

• Apply the hirify.global by Shift4 brand identity, logo, and visual system across Tax Free Forms and related materials.
• Redesign and update Tax Free Forms in alignment with new branding guidelines for various global regions.
• Adapt layouts to meet multilingual and country-specific requirements.
• Ensure all forms comply with regulatory and operational standards.
• Manage and deliver form requests accurately while maintaining the Tax Free Form library.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless design updates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an in-house creative team or agency environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience with Figma and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong expertise in print design, production workflows, and typography.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be located in Porto, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway).
